Indiqube Spaces IPO will open for subscription on July 23, 2025, and close on July 25, 2025. It is a Book Built Issue, through which the company aims to raise approximately ₹700 crores. This includes a fresh issue of ₹650 crores and an offer for sale of up to 21,09,704 equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each.

The IPO price band is set between ₹225 and ₹237 per share. The quota distribution is 10% for retail investors, 75% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), and 15% for High Net-worth Individuals (HNI). The shares are scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on July 30, 2025, with allotment expected to be finalized by July 28, 2025.

In terms of financials, the company recorded revenue of ₹1,102.93 crores in 2025, up from ₹867.66 crores in 2024. It also reported a profit of ₹139.62 crores in 2025, compared to a loss of ₹341.51 crores in 2024. Based on these financial results, the IPO appears suitable for long-term investment
