Knowledge Realty Trust REIT IPO will open on August 5, 2025, and close on August 7, 2025. It is a Book Build Issue, through which the company plans to raise approximately ₹4,800 crores, entirely through a fresh issue. The details of the offer for sale and the face value of equity shares are yet to be disclosed.

The IPO price band is set between ₹95 and ₹100 per share. The issue allocation includes 75% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) and 25% for High Net-worth Individuals (HNI), while the retail investor quota is yet to be confirmed. The IPO is expected to be listed on both BSE and NSE on August 12, 2025, with the allotment likely to be finalized by August 8, 2025.

Financially, the company posted a revenue of ₹4,146.86 crores in 2025, up from ₹3,588.48 crores in 2024. However, net profit declined to ₹222.52 crores in 2025 from ₹339.66 crores in 2024. Based on the financials, this IPO is considered suitable for long-term investors.
