Aditya Infotech’s IPO will open on July 29, 2025, and close on July 31, 2025. It is a Book Built Issue through which the company plans to raise approximately ₹1,300 crores. This includes a fresh issue of ₹500 crores and an offer for sale of up to 1,18,51,851 equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each.

The IPO price band is set between ₹640 and ₹675 per share. The allocation of shares is divided as follows: 10% for retail investors, 75% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), and 15% for High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs). Aditya Infotech is scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 5, 2025, while the allotment date is August 1, 2025.

Financially, the company posted a revenue of ₹3,122.93 crores in 2025, up from ₹2,795.96 crores in 2024. Its profit also grew significantly to ₹351.37 crores in 2025 from ₹115.17 crores in the previous year. Based on its financial performance, the IPO appears suitable for long-term investment.
