All Time Plastics IPO will open on August 7, 2025, and close on August 11, 2025. It is a Book Build Issue, through which the company aims to raise approximately ₹400.60 crores. This includes a fresh issue of ₹280 crores and an offer for sale of up to 4,385,562 equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each.

The IPO price band has been set between ₹260 and ₹275 per share. The allocation is structured with 35% reserved for retail investors, 50% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), and 15% for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI). The shares are expected to be listed on both BSE and NSE on August 14, 2025, and the allotment is likely to be finalized on August 12, 2025.

In terms of financials, the company recorded revenue of ₹559.24 crores in 2025, with a net profit of ₹47.29 crores in the same year. Based on this performance, the IPO is considered suitable for long-term investment.
