Vikram Solar IPO will open on August 19, 2025, and close on August 21, 2025. It is a Book Built Issue through which the company aims to raise about ₹2,079.37 crores, comprising a fresh issue worth ₹1,500 crores and an offer for sale of up to 17,450,882 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10. The IPO price band is set at ₹315 to ₹332 per share. The allocation will be 35% for retail investors, 50% for QIBs, and 15% for HNIs. Listing is scheduled on both BSE and NSE for August 26, 2025, with allotment expected on August 22, 2025.

For the financial year 2024, the company recorded revenue of ₹2,523.96 crores compared to ₹2,091.91 crores in 2023, and a profit of ₹79.72 crores compared to ₹14.49 crores in 2023. Based on these financials, the IPO is considered suitable for long-term investment.
