The IPO price band has been fixed at ₹48 to ₹51 per share. The issue will have a reservation of 35% for retail investors, 50% for QIBs, and 15% for HNIs. The shares are scheduled to be listed on NSE on August 25, 2025, with allotment expected on August 21, 2025.

In FY 2025, the company posted revenue of ₹105.01 crores compared to ₹2.49 crores in FY 2024, while profit stood at ₹11.67 crores versus ₹10.90 crores in the previous year. Considering these financials, the IPO appears to be a suitable option for long-term investment.
