Shringar House of Mangalsutra IPO Subscribed 60.31x on Day 3
The Shringar House of Mangalsutra IPO was subscribed 60.31 times overall on its final day, as of 5:00 PM on 12 September 2025.
The IPO received bids for 1,02,62,35,800 shares against 1,70,16,000 shares on offer.
Earlier, the issue was subscribed 8.26× on day two and 2.01× on the first day.
Founded in January 2009, Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited is a prominent Indian manufacturer and designer of mangalsutras. The company works with a wide variety of stones—such as American diamonds, cubic zirconia, pearls, and other semi-precious stones—to create collections in 18k and 22k gold for its B2B clientele.
As of 31 December 2024, the firm employed a 12-member design team and 182 in-house karigars. Its products are supplied to markets in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, the UAE, the USA, and Fiji, serving corporate clients, wholesale jewellers, and retail outlets. Major customers include Malabar Gold, Titan Company, GRT Jewellers, Reliance Retail, Joyalukkas India, and Damas Jewellery (UAE).
In FY24, Shringar House worked with 33 corporate clients, 96 wholesalers, and 832 retailers.
As of Friday, 12 September, the IPO’s GMP stood at ₹32, indicating an estimated trading price of ₹197 in the grey market, compared to the issue price of ₹165.
