Sheel Biotech IPO will open on September 30, 2025 and close on October 3, 2025. It is a Fixed Price Issue, through which the company aims to raise about ₹34.02 crores. The price band for the IPO is ₹59 to ₹63 per share. The quota distribution is 35% for retail investors, 50% for QIBs, and 15% for HNIs. The allotment date is scheduled for October 6, 2025, and the shares are proposed to list on the NSE on October 8, 2025.

Financially, the company reported revenue of ₹102.27 crores in 2025, compared to ₹92.55 crores in 2024. Profit for 2025 stood at ₹10.64 crores, slightly higher than ₹10.51 crores in 2024.
