Valplast Technologies IPO will open on September 30, 2025, and close on October 3, 2025. This is a Book Built Issue in which the company plans to raise about ₹28.09 crores, comprising a fresh issue of the same amount along with an offer for sale of equity shares carrying a face value of ₹10 each.

The price band has been set at ₹51 to ₹54 per share. The quota distribution is 35% for retail investors, 50% for QIBs, and 15% for HNIs. The shares are proposed to list on the BSE on October 8, 2025, with the basis of allotment expected on October 6, 2025.

For the financial year 2025, the company reported revenue of ₹64.53 crores, slightly down from ₹65.24 crores in 2024, and a profit of ₹6.11 crores, compared to ₹6.52 crores in 2024. Based on these financials, the IPO is considered suitable for long-term investment.
