Urban Company IPO will open on September 10, 2025, and close on September 12, 2025. It is a Book Built Issue through which the company aims to raise about ₹1,900 crores, comprising a fresh issue of ₹472 crores and an offer for sale of up to 13,86,40,776 equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each.

The IPO price band has been set at ₹98 to ₹103 per share. The quota allocation is 10% for retail investors, 75% for QIBs, and 15% for HNIs. Urban Company IPO is scheduled to list on both the BSE and NSE on September 17, 2025, while the allotment date is fixed for September 15, 2025.

In terms of financial performance, the company recorded revenue of ₹1,260.68 crores in 2025 compared to ₹927.99 crores in 2024. It reported a profit of ₹239.77 crores in 2025, against a loss of ₹92.77 crores in 2024. Based on these financials, the IPO is considered suitable for investors with a long-term perspective.
