True Colors IPO will open for subscription on September 23, 2025, and close on September 25, 2025. This is a Book Built Issue through which the company plans to raise about ₹127.97 crores, consisting of a fresh issue of ₹108.87 crores and an offer for sale of up to 10,00,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each.

The price band for the IPO is fixed at ₹181–₹191 per share. The allocation is set at 50% for QIBs, 15% for HNIs, and 35% for retail investors. The shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE on September 30, 2025, and the allotment is scheduled for September 26, 2025.

For its financial performance, the company posted revenue of ₹234.05 crores in 2025, up from ₹160.91 crores in 2024. Profit rose to ₹24.69 crores in 2025 compared to ₹8.25 crores in 2024. Based on these figures, investors may view this IPO as a long-term investment opportunity.
