Tata Capital’s IPO will open on October 6, 2025, and close on October 8, 2025. This is a Book Build Issue, aiming to raise about ₹15,511.87 crores. The offer includes a fresh issue of ₹6,846 crores and an offer for sale of up to 26,58,24,280 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each.

The price band has been set at ₹310 to ₹326 per share. The allocation is divided as follows: QIB – 50%, Retail – 35%, and HNI – 15%. The IPO allotment will be finalized on October 9, 2025, and the listing is scheduled for October 13, 2025 on both BSE and NSE.
For FY 2025, Tata Capital reported revenue of ₹28,369.87 crores, up from ₹18,198.38 crores in FY 2024. Net profit also increased to ₹3,655.02 crores in 2025, compared to ₹3,326.96 crores in 2024.

Based on these financials, analysts suggest that long-term investors may consider subscribing to this IPO.
