Sharvaya Metals IPO will open on September 4, 2025, and close on September 9, 2025. It is a Book Built Issue through which the company aims to raise about ₹58.80 crores, including a fresh issue of ₹46.06 crores and an offer for sale of up to 5,00,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. The IPO price band has been fixed between ₹192 and ₹196 per share. The quota share is 35% for retail investors, 50% for QIB, and 15% for NII. The allotment date is September 10, 2025, and the IPO will be listed on both BSE and NSE on September 12, 2025.

In terms of financials, the company reported revenue of ₹71.58 crores in 2024 compared to ₹15.39 crores in 2023. Its profit stood at ₹1.80 crores in 2024, slightly lower than ₹1.95 crores in 2023. Considering these figures, the IPO is recommended for long-term investors.
