Meta Infotech’s IPO will open on July 4, 2025, and close on July 8, 2025. It is a Book Built Issue through which the company plans to raise approximately ₹80.18 crores. This includes a fresh issue of ₹20.05 crores and an offer for sale of up to 37,35,000 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10.

The IPO price band has been set between ₹153 and ₹161 per share. The issue is allocated with 35% for retail investors, 50% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), and 15% for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). Meta Infotech is expected to be listed on the BSE on July 11, 2025, and the allotment date is scheduled for July 9, 2025.

In terms of financial performance, the company reported revenue of ₹153.05 crores in 2024, compared to ₹109.54 crores in 2023. Net profit also increased to ₹10.51 crores in 2024 from ₹6.54 crores in 2023. Based on these financials, the IPO looks favorable for long-term investment.
