Mehul Colours IPO will open on July 30, 2025, and close on August 1, 2025. It is a Book Build Issue through which the company aims to raise approximately ₹21.66 crores, entirely through a fresh issue of shares. The offer for sale component has not been disclosed. Each equity share has a face value of ₹10.

The IPO price band is set between ₹68 and ₹72 per share. The allocation quota is divided as follows: 50% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), 15% for High Net-worth Individuals (HNI), and 35% for retail investors. The IPO is expected to list on the BSE on August 6, 2025, with allotment likely to be finalized by August 4, 2025.

For the financial year 2025, the company reported revenue of ₹23.71 crores, up from ₹22.66 crores in 2024. Net profit also rose to ₹5.50 crores in 2025 from ₹3.22 crores in the previous year. Considering the financial performance, the IPO appears suitable for long-term investment.
