M&B Engineering's IPO will open for subscription on July 30, 2025, and will close on August 1, 2025. It is a Book Built Issue through which the company aims to raise approximately ₹650 crores. In terms of financials, the company posted a revenue of ₹996.89 crores in 2025, up from ₹808.26 crores in 2024. Net profit also increased to ₹77.05 crores in 2025 from ₹45.63 crores the previous year. Based on these financial indicators, the IPO appears to be a favorable investment for the long term.
