M P K Steels’ IPO will open on September 26, 2025, and close on September 30, 2025. This is a Book Built Issue through which the company aims to raise about ₹25.74 crore, consisting entirely of a fresh issue worth ₹25.74 crore and an offer for sale of up to [.] equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each.

The price band is set at ₹75–₹79 per share. The allocation for investors is divided as 50% for QIBs, 15% for HNIs, and 35% for retail investors. The IPO is scheduled to list on the BSE on October 6, 2025, while the share allotment is expected on October 1, 2025.

Financially, the company recorded revenue of ₹208.03 crore in 2025, up from ₹189.17 crore in 2024, and a profit of ₹6.05 crore in 2025, compared to ₹3.11 crore in 2024. Based on these results, long-term investment in this IPO appears favorable.
