Kaytex Fabrics IPO will open for subscription on July 29, 2025, and close on July 31, 2025. It is a Book Built Issue through which the company plans to raise approximately ₹69.81 crores, including a fresh issue of ₹57.59 crores and an offer for sale of up to 6,79,200 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10.

The IPO price band is set between ₹171 and ₹180 per share. The allocation is divided as follows: 35% for retail investors, 50% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), and 15% for High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs). Kaytex Fabrics is scheduled to list on the NSE on August 5, 2025, with the allotment date fixed for August 1, 2025.

Financially, the company recorded a revenue of ₹153.22 crores in 2025, up from ₹125.03 crores in 2024. Net profit also increased to ₹21.91 crores in 2025 from ₹15.20 crores in 2024. Based on its financial performance, the IPO is considered suitable for long-term investment
