Highway Infrastructure IPO is scheduled to open on August 5, 2025, and will close on August 7, 2025. This is a Book Build Issue through which the company aims to raise approximately ₹130 crores, including a fresh issue of ₹97.52 crores and an offer for sale of up to 46,40,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each.

The IPO price band is set between ₹65 to ₹70 per share. The issue allocation includes 35% for retail investors, 50% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), and 15% for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI). The shares are expected to be listed on both BSE and NSE on August 12, 2025, with allotment finalization on August 8, 2025.

Financially, the company reported a revenue of ₹576.58 crores in 2024, compared to ₹456.83 crores in 2023. Net profit also rose to ₹21.41 crores in 2024 from ₹13.80 crores in the previous year. Based on the company’s financial performance, the IPO appears to be a favorable option for long-term investors.
