The Game Changers Texfab IPO will open on September 30, 2025, and close on October 3, 2025. This is a Book Built Issue aiming to raise about ₹59.14 crores, which includes a fresh issue of ₹59.14 crores and an offer for sale of [.] equity shares, each carrying a face value of ₹10.

The price band is set between ₹100 and ₹110 per share. The IPO allocation consists of 35% for retail investors, 50% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), and 15% for High Net-worth Individuals (HNI). The shares are scheduled to list on the BSE on October 8, 2025, with the allotment date set for October 6, 2025.

Financially, the company posted a revenue of ₹97.86 crores in 2024, compared to ₹100.58 crores in 2023, and recorded a profit of ₹4.27 crores in 2024, up from ₹0.53 crores in 2023. Based on these financials, investors may consider this IPO for long-term investment.
