Dhillon Freight Carrier IPO will open on September 29, 2025, and close on October 1, 2025. This is a Fixed Price Issue in which the company plans to raise about ₹10.08 crores, comprising a fresh issue of ₹10.08 crores along with an offer for sale of equity shares carrying a face value of ₹10 each.

The issue price is fixed at ₹72 per share. The allocation is 50% for retail investors, 0% for QIBs, and 50% for HNIs. Shares are proposed to list on the BSE SME platform on October 7, 2025, with the basis of allotment expected on October 3, 2025.

In terms of financials, the company recorded revenue of ₹25.22 crores in 2025, compared to ₹24.73 crores in 2024, and a profit of ₹1.73 crores in 2025, up from ₹1.09 crores in 2024. Based on these results, the IPO is considered suitable for long-term investors.
