The Bhavik Enterprises IPO will open on September 25, 2025, and close on September 30, 2025. This is a Fixed Price Issue through which the company plans to raise approximately ₹77.00 crores, consisting of a fresh issue of ₹63.00 crores and an offer for sale of up to 10,00,000 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10.

The issue price is set at ₹140 per share, with an investor allocation of 50% for retail investors, 0% for QIBs, and 50% for HNIs. The shares are scheduled to list on the BSE on October 6, 2025, while the IPO allotment date is October 1, 2025.

For FY 2024, the company recorded revenue of ₹500.35 crores, compared to ₹491.08 crores in 2023, and profit of ₹7.89 crores, down from ₹15.56 crores in 2023. Based on these financials, the IPO is considered a long-term investment opportunity.
