Bhadora Industries IPO is scheduled to open on August 4, 2025, and will close on August 6, 2025. It is a Book Build Issue through which the company aims to raise approximately ₹55.62 crores, entirely through a fresh issue of shares. The offer for sale component is yet to be disclosed. Each equity share has a face value of ₹10.

The IPO price band is set between ₹97 and ₹103 per share. The allocation is divided as follows: 50% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), 35% for retail investors, and 15% for High Net-worth Individuals (HNI). Bhadora Industries is expected to be listed on the NSE on August 11, 2025, with allotment likely to be finalized by August 7, 2025.

In terms of financial performance, the company recorded a revenue of ₹110.69 crores in 2025, compared to ₹83.27 crores in 2024. Its profit increased to ₹10.79 crores in 2025 from ₹4.96 crores in 2024. Based on these financials, the IPO appears to be a good investment opportunity for long-term investors.
