B.D. Industries IPO will open on July 30, 2025, and close on August 1, 2025. It is a Book Build Issue through which the company aims to raise around ₹45.36 crores, entirely through a fresh issue. There is also an offer for sale component, but the number of equity shares hasn't been specified yet. The face value of each share is ₹10.

The IPO price band is set between ₹102 to ₹108 per share. The share allocation is divided as 35% for retail investors, 50% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), and 15% for High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs). The IPO is expected to be listed on BSE on August 6, 2025, and the allotment date is August 4, 2025.

In terms of financial performance, the company reported a revenue of ₹84.13 crores in 2025, which is a significant increase from ₹55.33 crores in 2024. The profit also grew to ₹8.15 crores in 2025 from ₹3.18 crores in 2024. Based on this financial growth, investors may consider applying for the IPO with a long-term investment view.
