Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation, a constituent of the BSE 500 index, has declared a dividend of ₹10 per share for FY25. This announcement was made along with the company’s quarterly results, where the record date for dividend eligibility was fixed as September 2, 2025.

According to the exchange filing dated May 22, 2025, the dividend of ₹10 per equity share, each with a face value of ₹10, will be paid subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 9, 2025. Once approved, the dividend will be distributed within 30 days of the AGM.

Looking at its dividend history, Deepak Fertilisers declared a ₹8.50 dividend in FY24, ₹10 in FY23, and ₹9 in FY22, reflecting a consistent and healthy dividend payout trend over the years.
