The Sawaliya Food Products IPO will open on August 7, 2025, and close on August 11, 2025. It is a Book Build Issue, aiming to raise approximately ₹34.83 crores, which includes a fresh issue of ₹31.23 crores and an offer for sale of up to 3,00,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each.

Financially, the company reported a revenue of ₹34.34 crores in 2025, up from ₹23.67 crores in 2024. Net profit also increased to ₹6.95 crores in 2025 from ₹3.12 crores in 2024. Based on these financials, the IPO appears suitable for long-term investment.
